Today is the day where we began shooting our scenes for each of the members in the group. I think everyone's ideas are true to their tastes of animation and humor but we do have a lot of people that LOVE 2D animation, so when some are done filming their footage they will go ahead and rotoscope the footage and take their animation to another realm. For today we decided to utilize the hallway for one of my classmates footage that she needed. She wanted to make it seem like she was in a forest and she sees a plant that ends up scaring her away into another portal.
For this week's animation research I found a piece that was about plastic surgery. I do feel like it is a bit of an epidemic these days. For me, I personally believe that those that have suffered from burns, a disease, an accident are those that truly deserve cosmetic surgery do to the fact that they want to look like the everyday person, to go back to what they looked like so that they may forget the trauma. not he other hand, I believe that there are others that will abuse the term surgery to get instant gratification to gain some attention, followers, negative self esteem, as well as vanity. It leads to people becoming addicted to surgery, and they eventually never become satisfied with their looks, and some even end up with casualties from surgeries that could lead to disorders.
